Return Policy

We offer a 1-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is damaged or incorrect (wrong item sent).
  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof to process the refund request.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging.

For any return requests, contact our support team at contact@soraluxury.in within 1 day of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
